Return & Refund Policy

At SKYFREAK ACADEMY AND STORE, your satisfaction is important to us. Whether you’re purchasing tattoo supplies or enrolling in our academy, we strive to provide high-quality products and training experiences. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, cancellations, and refund requests.


 1. Tattoo Products & Supplies (Online Store)

We accept returns and provide refunds under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility:

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.).

  • Items must be returned at the buyer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used tattoo inks, needles, cartridges, or hygiene-related products.

  • Custom or made-to-order items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer error.

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share unboxing video or photos of the issue for verification.

  • After approval, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a full refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless due to our error).


 2. Course Cancellations & Refunds (Tattoo Academy)

Our courses are designed with limited seating and involve preparatory work. Hence, our policy is as follows:

Cancellations:

  • Full refund (minus registration/admin fee, if applicable) if canceled at least 7 days before the course start date.

  • Cancellation must be made via email to: skyfreaktattoos@gmail.com

No Refunds For:

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before course start.

  • No-shows or partial attendance.

  • Once the course has started or completed.

Course Rescheduling:

  • In select cases, we may allow a one-time reschedule of your batch/date (subject to seat availability and management approval).
