We currently ship tattoo supplies and merchandise to customers across India. For international orders, please contact us directly to check availability.

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation and payment.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

 3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Other urban areas: 4–7 business days

• Remote/rural areas: 6–10 business days

 Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or regional restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

 4. Shipping Charges

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us (e.g., wrong or damaged product sent).

• The package may be returned to us

• You will need to cover the cost of re-shipping in such cases

 9. Academy Material Shipping (If Applicable)

If your training program includes physical course material, certificates, or tools:

• Items will be shipped to your registered address after successful enrollment or course completion

• You will receive tracking details separately
